The Power of Praise

"If you will abide in ME and I in you, you will, through constant praise, create such an atmosphere about you that your words, silent or spoken, will continue to bless and heal and draw all joy, health, wealth and love unto you." ….. Father Divine

Romans 8:28 All things work together for good, for those that love God.

When we PRAISE GOD in ALL things including our pain and suffering we are Saying YES to Life and therefore Yes to God. We are turning (REPENTENCE) our NO into a Deep Yes.  We are saying Yes to WHAT IS. We are letting go of all Resistance. In the beginning it is not easy to say Yes to our pain and our suffering. We tend to say No and therefore resist the way we feel. BUT as we become willing to stay with how we feel we begin to step up into the next dimension of Allowance and Surrender. We step into a new dimension of FAITH and believe that God is truly my Life. God is my Reality, and in that REALITY there can only be GOOD. AS we become more and more conscious of this TRUTH our whole Being begins to PRAISE GOD for God. We don’t Praise God for our circumstances or our limitations or even our successes. That would be setting up an idol in the place of God. What our Being begins to do is very naturally give thanks and PRAISES to GOD for God and this PRAISE is the Power and the Glory of our Being. Our PRAISE is the Lighting Up and Shining of Love into all of creation.

Praise his glorious name forever! Let the whole earth be filled with his glory.

USING THE KEYS TO EMBODY THE POWER OF PRAISE! 


1. You Start with Self Honesty- Acknowledge where you are and how you feel and then Step out in Faith and from the Heart: 

“Thank you for my Life Lord, My Life is your Life”

2. Become aware and understand the Power of Choice- In the midst of All Things, which includes (Circumstances, Feelings, Pain, Pleasure, Lack, Limitation, Joy, etc), thank God for your Life.

Thank God that God has given you Eternal Life and this Life is Good because it is God’s Life. God’s Life is perfect peace, Abundant Joy, and infinite Love.

Thank you Lord for the gift of my Life.  

3. Understanding Arises of how you’ve been maintaining ALL YOU HAVE NOT WANTED-

As you Thank God for your Life just the way it is, what happens is, an opening is created within your Heart and your whole Being. As you continue to give thanks,  Your Energy will Rise Up into Praise. As you continue to Praise God, God’s Energy is released and you will start to Feel more and More connected to Love, Life and Joy. This will also bring to the surface of your consciousness for release all the Feelings and Emotions that you were once attached to. Allow yourself to Feel fully all the feelings in the midst of God’s Presence and as you do they will be released.     

4. You Then Experience the New Choice- As you continue to Give God your thankfulness & Praise, in the midst of releasing your feelings, what may happen is that Judgments of these feelings may Arise. Also Judgments may arise of your willingness to Praise and thank God. This is the time to keep your attention on Praising and thanking God. As you do, the energy created will strengthen you to continue to stay in the Flow and in the Process.

5. Resulting in the The Gift of Life as you truly desired it to be but did not think possible- What you have given and surrendered to God through your thankfulness, Praise, devotion and Worship to God, All these things (Circumstances, experiences, past, memories, successes and failures,  etc) Will WORK themselves OUT FOR GOOD.

They will be Filled with Light and Love and they will be transformed into  FREEDOM, JOY and  LOVE. They will return to Love. In Summary,  you have allowed All things, embraced All things and NOW transcended ALL things.
