Embracing Our Negativity as a Spiritual Practice!

Every Emotion and every energy has equal value. This applies to even death. We don't Live unless we Die. Dying to ourselves creates Life, just like the Sun that dies to give off its Light, Warmth and Energy.

We were born out of the energy of death. The Father's seed died to itself to impregnate the women's egg.
These are energies that we were born into as a Human Being.

Love and Life in action and expression is the Creation of God, that is who we are. We are God consciousness awakening to itself.

To heal and to become Whole requires for us to be fully Human. To become fully Human requires we see, hear, taste, touch, smell, feel and love every emotion. We were all born into a Matrix that carries every emotion ranging from the vibration of Love to the vibration of self hatred and fear.

Our Individuation came into existence through separation from our Mother and Father. This was in most cases a very traumatic experience. Our Life source was cut off from our Mother at our Umbilical cord and we have been recovering from that trauma since.  

Self Hatred is the most extreme of all negative emotions that induce a feeling of separation from power, love and life. Our biggest Fears are wrapped up in our self hatred for ourselves.
What All emotions and energies require in the Human experience is Unconditional Love. This Love comes from our Higher Selves, not from our Mother or Father or anyone else outside of us, nor does unconditional love come from a God outside of us.

As self hatred is brought to awareness (seen, heard and Felt) by our Divine Selves it is understood as harmless, then it breaks down, surrenders and dissolves into love and light.

The reason Self Hatred is so fearful and angry of itself is it feels utterly powerless to change itself, therefore it feels condemned to its current state of Being. This Negative energy is then projected out to everyone else and says, "I hate you because I hate me and we are both fucked."  This is why we commonly hear people telling other people to "Fuck Off" What they are really feeling and saying is that they feel condemned to feeling dead and you should be to.

Every emotion, every feeling and every word we hear about ourselves and others is of utmost value and deserves our love.
